Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation via
phone or email.
Reserved slots will be immediately released for students who miss their first scheduled
appointment without having provided a prior cancellation notice.
A weekly student with two consecutive missed appointments
without notification will lose their reserved weekly time slot.

Liability Release Form: All students will be required to sign a liability release
form prior to participating in activities. Forms are available on-site. Parental/Legal Guardian signature is required
if the participant is under the age of 18.
Flexibility of Instruction
The standard lessons are individual and held in the indoor facility in Odenton, Maryland.
Depending
on the location, we may also be able to perform group camps at your local field. You will be responsible for securing
the field. For clinics in excess of 12 students, one person from the team will be responsible for the collection
of the individual $20 payments.
