Pitching, Hitting & Catching Instruction

We offer pitching, hitting & catching instruction for players age 9 and up.  All instruction is one on one and concentrates on the individual.  John is the exclusive provider of pitching instruction and brings the experience of an 8 year Major League Baseball career as a starting pitcher with the Montreal Expos, Boston Red Sox and California Angels.

Our instruction instills fundamentals into young players, refines their overall ability, teaches the mental elements of the game and perhaps most important; creates confidence in a players ability.  Each student comes to us with a unique style and a different level of experience.  Our instruction accomodates the unique differences of each individual.  Click on Teaching Philosophy for a more detailed overview of our pitching instruction.

Video Analysis

Frame by frame video analysis is at the core of our pitching instruction and is included in each lesson.  We capture the video, transfer it to a laptop and analyze the video with the student and parent at each lesson. 

Facility

Our indoor facility is built for individual instruction and operates throughout the entire year.  The facility is located in Odenton, MD, just off Route 32.  This is central to Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington DC .
